Why do I need to clean cache?

Why do I need to do it?

It makes your app a little faster and resolves some of the issues that can appear.

What is Cache?

The cache is a built-in system in every app( including our Learning Genie app) that allows your device to communicate with an app at a much faster pace. "Clean local cache" means to erase unnecessary system files(generated by the app and accumulated overtime) and it helps the app to run faster. 

P.S: This will not delete any of your information(Videos, Messages, Notes, etc).

Android App:

1. Log-in to Learning Genie app

2. Tap your avatar in the upper left-hand corner

3. Select "Other Settings"

4. Select "Clean" 

5. Select "Yes"

iPad app:

1. Tap your avatar in the upper left-hand corner

2. Select "Other Settings"

3. Select "Clean local cache" and "Clean"

These local caches can be deleted to free up storage space. They will delete drafts you might have saved.
