Visual Health Check Setup

Setting up your Visual Health Check (VHC) in Learning Genie is simple and saves time—especially for healthy submissions. Follow these quick steps:

1. Go to “Admin Settings” > “Daily Health Card”, and select the “Visual Health Check” option.

2. Then, click the “Create” button.

3. You can click on each question to modify. If you don't need to modify them, click the "Apply" button.

Default All Questions to No

You can now default all VHC questions to No, so it will save you time in case of a healthy submission.

The default choices will automatically be populated when you fill out the children's visual health check forms.
