How to View or Download a History of Parent Messages

Need to review or save records of family communication? Here's how to access and export message history from the Two-Way Communication feature.

 Step by Step

1. Log in to the Learning Genie web portal.
   
   
2. Go to Data Hub > Family Engagement.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Two-Way Communication box.
   
   
   
   
4. You’ll now see all message history for the selected site (includes all classrooms and children).
   1. 
      
      • You can download the “Classroom chat history.”

   Adjust the dates and click on Download Message history for this Site or class

   

   • Also, in the individual child’s message thread, click the small triangle icon on the left panel.
5. Adjust the date range to filter messages by timeframe.
   
   
6. Click Export to download the conversation as a PDF.
