How to Verify you're connected through DRDP API

Learning Genie has fully integrated with DRDP Online to get your data synced with no manual upload needed to report to the state.

To verify your DRDP API connection:

1. Log into Learning Genie. Click on the gear icon right next to your profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen to go to Admin Settings. Then select Assessment Settings > DRDP Setting from the left-hand menu.

2. If your account is connected, when clicking on "Sync with DRDP Online via API" your agency's name will be listed.

3. Click on "Update Site Info" and you'll be able to verify which classes are being uploaded to DRDP Online.

4. Ensure your sites and classes that should be reported to the state are selected. The selected items will have a blue checkmark. The unselected items will be blank.

5. Click "Next" and verify all your sites match in both systems

6. Click ''Next'' and confirm that your instruments in Learning Genie (Exhibit A) match with what you have in DRDP Online (Exhibit B)

7. Remember to setup the rating periods for the current school year in DRDP Online.
