How to track attendance for events in Learning Genie
This article provides a step-by-step guide to using Learning Genie’s QR code attendance system—an innovative tool designed to support seamless event management and family involvement. Getting Event Attendance with our QR Codes:
For Admins & Staff: To efficiently record event attendance, navigate to the events tab under “Engagement” and download the unique QR code assigned to your event. Share or display this QR code at the event location to streamline the check-in process.

For Parents & Families: Parents simply scan the QR code at the event site to log their attendance.
⚠️ Important: For your convenience and to ensure accurate records, the QR code is available for check-in starting 10 minutes before the official event time and remains active until 10 minutes after the event ends. Please note, attendees can only check in during the scheduled event hours. This process helps us deliver reliable attendance tracking and ensures all check-ins reflect actual participation.
