How to take pictures from the web portal

You can take pictures directly from your computer using the Learning Genie Web Portal, making it easy to document observations or moments in real time.

Step-by-Step: How to Take a Picture

1. Log in to your Learning Genie Web Portal.
   
   
2. Select a classroom from the menu and navigate to the Engagement/Portfolio Section.
   
   
3. Click the orange “+ Add” button.

     4.  In the Observation window, click on the “Take picture” button.

     5.  Allow access to your computer’s camera if prompted.

      6.  Once the camera opens, click the white circle button to take the picture.

     7.  After capturing the image, click “Save” to attach it to the observation.

Notes:

• Make sure your webcam is connected and working properly.
  
  
• If the camera doesn’t open, check your browser settings to allow camera access.
  
  
• You can also upload pictures from your computer if you prefer not to use the camera.
