How to switch active rating period?

Step by step:

1. Log in to web.learning-genie.com.
   
   
2. Click on “Children” under your classroom.

1. Locate the child whose rating period you want to change.
   
   
2. Hover over the child’s name, then click the pencil icon next to it.

5. Scroll down to find the “Child’s Rating Period” section.

6. Click the pencil icon next to the current rating period.

7. In the list of rating periods, click the black triangle icon next to the one you want to activate.

8. Select “Switch to Active Rating Period.”

9. Click Confirm to apply the change.

10. Don’t forget to click Save

How to confirm?

You can see the “Active” label in red next to the rating period selected to be active
