How to setup DRDP Key Measures

Note: This feature is for agencies who utilize the key measures setup feature only.

 

• You will be notified with a pop-up that the "Key Measures Setup" module is available now when logging into Learning Genie on the Web Portal. You may click "Key Measures Setup" to set it up right away.

 

• If not, you may go to the “DRDP Key Measures Setup” page on the Admin Settings under Assessment Settings > DRDP Setting, to set up key measures for each DRDP framework when you're ready.

 

On this page, you will find the list of frameworks that your agency has utilized and their Key Measure Setup Status. 

 

• To set up key measures for a specific framework, just click on the "Setup" parallel to the desired framework and choose the key measures you want to use.

 

If you need to set up key measures for a framework that is not yet listed, click the “Add Classroom Framework” button to add another DRDP framework.

 

Once it's all set, the key measures will be presented in yellow fonts and will be marked with a red asterisk icon upon viewing the measures to tag when creating a portfolio note. 

 

On the Portfolio Status page, you will have the option to view the status of all measures or only the key measures.

 

The same goes for the rating status on the Rate All page;

 

The Progress Assessment Report - Detailed Group Rating Report;

 

The Progress Assessment Report - Observation Status;

 

and on the Assessment Progress Dashboard.
