How to Set Up the Drop-off Note
The Drop-Off Note feature lets educators customize daily check-in questions to share important updates with families. This helps strengthen home-school communication and support parent engagement in early childhood education.
Steps to Set Up:
- Log in to the Learning Genie web portal: web.learning-genie.com
- Click the gear icon to open Admin Settings.
- From the left-hand menu, select Drop-off Note.
- On the left side, you can customize the questions.
- On the right side, configure the push notification settings.
- To enable the feature, turn on the Auto Push Notification to Parents toggle.
Once activated, parents will receive the Drop-off Note daily!
