How to Set Up the Drop-off Note

The Drop-Off Note feature lets educators customize daily check-in questions to share important updates with families. This helps strengthen home-school communication and support parent engagement in early childhood education.


Steps to Set Up:

  1. Log in to the Learning Genie web portal: web.learning-genie.com
  2. Click the gear icon to open Admin Settings.



  3. From the left-hand menu, select Drop-off Note.



  4. On the left side, you can customize the questions.

  5. On the right side, configure the push notification settings.

  6. To enable the feature, turn on the Auto Push Notification to Parents toggle.



Once activated, parents will receive the Drop-off Note daily!
