How to Set Up Goals for School Readiness Report

The School Readiness Report provides a comprehensive view of the school readiness goals you've set for each measure within different age groups and shows the percentage of children who are belowat or above these benchmarks. You can also access a detailed comparison report that tracks the progress of various age groups across rating periods, and conveniently download an Excel report for thorough analysis.

Here's how to set up goals for your school readiness report:

1. Go to Data Hub > DRDP Report > School Readiness Report

2. Begin the school readiness goal setup process for each age group.

3. For each group, select the relevant measures (e.g., ATL-REG, SED, etc.) and set up the benchmark and target percentages for these measures.

We highly suggest you use the “Batch Setup” feature, which is more convenient and time-saving.

Note: Any benchmarks set by an agency admin/owner will automatically apply to the entire agency.

4. Preview the benchmark and target percentages that you've configured.

You can proceed to set up benchmarks and targets for measures in the next age group or click the "Save" button to review and analyze the developmental progress of children based on the current goal setup.

5. After completing the benchmark and target percentages for all selected measures, you can analyze student performance by measure. Additionally, you have the option to compare improvements across different age groups and assessment periods by selecting two or more assessment periods.

6. To generate a comparison report, simply click the "Excel" button to initiate the download.

If you need to set up goals for other age groups at a later time, you may do so by clicking on the age group, then selecting "Add View" from the drop-down
