How to Set Up Auto-Play for Learning Media

Set up an Auto-Play Playlist to automatically send Learning Media videos to families—no manual sharing needed from teachers!


 Steps by Step

  1. Go to Admin Settings > Learning Media, then click Autoplay Settings.



  2. Click Create a Playlist and complete the setup by selecting:

      • Learning Media Channel
        Best Tip: Preview and remove any videos that aren’t relevant to your families.
      • Number of videos per day



      • Sites/Classes to receive the playlist
      • Send Frequency (how often videos are shared)
      • Start Date
      • Push Time (when videos are sent each day)
      • Repeat 

    1. Click Submit to save and activate your auto-play settings.

    Once set, videos will automatically be sent to families based on your schedule, saving teachers time while keeping families engaged!
