How to Send Videos to Families (Including Videos Longer Than 5 Minutes)

You can send videos to parents using the Learning Genie Educator App through the Family Engagement section.

 How to Send a Video (Up to 5 Minutes)

1. Go to the Family Engagement tab.

1. Select the child and then click on Add

1. Choose Activity as your engagement type.
   
   
2. Tap the attachment icon and upload your video.
   
3. Note: Videos must be 5 minutes or less.
   
   

How to Send a Video Longer Than 5 Minutes

If your video is over 5 minutes, here’s a quick workaround:

1. Upload your video to a video-sharing platform like:
   
   
   • YouTube Link
     
     
   • Google Drive
     
     
2. Copy the shareable link.
   
   
3. Paste the link into the Activity message.
   
4. Once sent, the link will appear as clickable for parents to watch.
