How to send a batch notification (Web)

Send the same message to your entire class of families quickly and efficiently using the batch notification feature on the Learning Genie web portal.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your account at web.learning‑genie.com.

  2. Click on “Messages”, then select “Chat” from the sidebar.



      3.  In the left-hand panel, click the person icon to view your assigned sites and classrooms.



      4.  Select the classroom you want to contact. In the middle panel, click “Batch notification.”



      5.   Type your message in the text box. Click “Send” to deliver the batch notification to all onboarded families.



Note: Only families who have set up their parent accounts in that classroom will receive the message.


Helpful Tips

  • Batch notifications go only to onboarded parents in the selected classroom.

  • Great for sharing class-wide updates like event reminders, announcements, or important alerts.

  • If a family isn’t receiving messages, confirm they're onboarded in that class.
