How to send a batch notification (App)

Want to send the same message to multiple families at once? The Batch Notification feature in the Learning Genie Educator App makes it quick and easy!

      1.  Log into your Learning Genie Educator app

      2. Click on the green tab "Message."

      3. Click on the "Batch Notification"

      4. You can either send a voice memo, a written message, or attach a media file

       a) For media, click the "+" to send the picture (from your album), camera (real time picture), or video

      5. Click "Send" on your keyboard!

 Helpful Tips

• Use this feature to share important updates, reminders, or announcements with multiple families at once.
  
  
• Families will not see who else received the message — it’s sent individually to each selected recipient.
• You can view your sent notifications under the “Messages” tab.
