How to Schedule the Time an Engagement Item Is Sent

Currently, engagement items sent through the Family Engagement module are delivered to families in real-time. This means that once you create and send an activity, it is immediately shared with parents — there is no option to schedule it for a later time.

If you’d like to plan ahead, we recommend preparing your engagement items in advance and sending them at your preferred time.
