How to Review Measures per child (Observed, Unobserved, Rated, Unrated)

Want a clear view of how each child is progressing on their DRDP measures?
In the Learning Genie Web Portal, you can easily review all observed and unobserved measures per child—along with what’s rated and still pending.

Here’s how to do it:

 

Web Portal Steps

1. Locate the child’s classroom, then go to “Portfolio.”

 

Or you can select "Portfolio" > "Add Observations" from the sidebar, and then select a classroom to proceed.

 

 

2. To access the portfolio status for a class, click on"Class Status"and then choose the "Portfolio Status" option.

 

 

• Here you will be able to review measures of an individual child (observed, unobserved, rated, and unrated).
• Moreover, you can also rate the observed measures, modify the child’s ratings, or add observation notes as needed.
