How to Rate Assessment Measures

On Learning Genie, you have the flexibility to rate measures one at a time, or consecutively on a "rate all" page. Learning Genie is a cross-platform application, rating measures are available on the web portal and the educator app. Follow these steps!

Web Portal Rate All:

1. On the Home Page click the classroom you wish to rate.

Or you can select "Portfolio" > "Add Observations" from the sidebar, and then select a classroom to proceed.

 

2. Locate and click the teal "Rate All" button on the top right corner of the page.

 

3. Please verify the child's name before proceeding to rate the measures consecutively on this page.

 

Web Portal Individual Rating:

1. On the Home Page click the classroom you wish to rate.

Or you can select "Portfolio" > "Add Observations" from the sidebar, and then select a classroom to proceed.

 

2. Click on the "Class Status" button and then select "Portfolio Status".

 

3. Select a child and the individual measures to rate under Unrated.

 

4. Select a rating and Save.

 

Educator App Rate All:

1. On the Learning Genie educator app, access the Portfolios tab.

 

2. Locate and click on the "Statistics" icon in the top-right corner.

 

3. Tap the teal "Rate All" button towards the right-hand side of the screen.

 

Educator App Individual Rating:

1. On the Learning Genie educator app, access the Portfolios tab.

 

2. Tap on a measure on an observation to rate.

Note: Once the measure has been rated it will turn solid blue.
