How to Pull In‑Kind Reports in Learning Genie

Learning Genie’s digital In-Kind tool allows you to download different in-kind reports for entering into third-party systems and for further analysis. Here is how.

To view your In-kind dashboard data, click on “In-Kind” from the left-hand side menu and select  “Summary Report”.

 

Dashboard Summary Report

Click the "Download" button, and choose the in-kind report you would like to download.

 

Dashboard Detailed Report (PDF)

  • It will give you basically the same info that shows on the Summary Report page (such as the value of each category of In-kind activities, total value, related graphics, the statistics of an individual site, etc.).
  • The PDF format report with data entry staff signature can be used for entering into a third-party system.

Dashboard Detailed Report (Excel)

  • It gives you the In-Kind statistics of an individual site (XXXXX) as shown at the bottom of the Summary Report page.
  • You can filter or sort in different ways as needed.

Unique Contributors to In-Kind (Excel)

  • This is the report that you can use to report the in-kind totals to the Head Start office.
  • You can filter out the value by affiliation as needed.

Dashboard Summary Details

Learning Genie now supports 4 categories of In-Kind activities. Click the “View Details” button, you can view the detailed information and download to view the In-kind report.

  • At-home Activities
  • Volunteer Activities
  • Mileage Submission
  • Donations

You can download to view the in-kind report of each category of in-kind activities in both PDF and Excel format.
