How to Print and Send the Parent Progress Report in a Different Language

(For Parent-Teacher Conferences)

The Parent Progress Report is a visual summary of a child’s development over time, including ratings, graphs, and descriptors. It's designed to support parent-teacher conferences and is part of the DRDP Data Module (formerly the ARM module). 

 

 Note: This report becomes available 2 hours after the child’s assessment is locked.

     

 

 Language Availability

Currently, reports can be viewed or printed in the following languages:

  • English

  • Spanish

  • Portuguese

  • Chinese

 

Reports can only be directly printed in Spanish without switching account settings. For other languages, you will need to temporarily change your account language.

 

Here's how to print the Parent Progress Report in a different language:

 

Step by step

1. Go to:
Assessment Report > DRDP Report > Parent Progress Report

 

2. Click your name in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Hover over Language, and select your desired language (e.g., Portuguese).

 

3. The page will refresh and display the translated report.

From here, download or print the report as needed:

  • Individual download

  • Batch download (choose: Domain & View, Domain only, or Measure only)

 

Don’t forget to switch your account language back when you’re done!

Easier Option: Send the Report to Parents in Their Language

When you send the report to parents through the Learning Genie Parent App, it’s automatically translated into the language set in their account.

 

Steps to Send the Report:

  1. Go to the Parent Progress Report and select a student.

  2. Click on the Action Plan tab.

  3. Click “Send Report to Parents.”

Note: This option becomes available after the student’s Action Plan is completed.

During your conference, you can:

  • Review the report together

Ask the parent to sign directly on their phone

 

 

Note: The Parent Progress Report will be auto-translated to the parent’s app language when sent.
