How to Move the Chat Widget on Your Learning Genie Web Portal

We know that sometimes the chat widget can get in the way of something important on your Learning Genie web portal. No worries, you can easily move it around!

Here’s how to do it:

1. Log into Your Learning Genie Account: Once you're logged in, you'll see the chat widget at the bottom right corner of the screen.
   
   
2. Find the Green Dots: Right next to the widget, you’ll notice a small set of green dots.
   
   
3. Move the Widget: Hover your mouse over the chat widget. You’ll see your cursor change to a hand (instead of the usual arrow).
4. Click and Drag: Click and hold the green dots, then drag the widget to any spot on your screen that works best for you.
   
   
   
   

And that's it! You can easily reposition the widget whenever needed.
