How to manually add an off-site reason for absent children
You can easily assign an off-site reason for any child marked absent in Learning Genie. Here’s how:
1. Go to “Attendance/DHC” > “Attendance Review”.
2. Click on the child’s classroom, then locate the absent child.
3. Click the “Off-site Reason” button, and select the off-site reasons and duration. You can also add some additional notes (optional).
4. Click the “Save” button to save your settings.
