How to Know if Parents Have Viewed Engagement Activities

When you share engagement activities with families, it’s important to know if parents have already viewed the updates. The Learning Genie for Educators app provides read receipts so educators can track which parents have opened the shared content. This feature is available only on the app and not on the web portal.

At this time, there is no report available for viewing parent read receipts in bulk. Instead, educators can check read status directly in the app for each child’s profile.

How to Check if Parents Have Viewed Activities in the App

Follow the steps below to find out if a parent has read the engagement activities you’ve shared:

1. Open the Learning Genie Educator App on your mobile device.

2. Go to the child’s profile and locate the activity you want to check.

3. Tap the read receipt below the activity.

   
   
   

    

   This will open the recipient list and show which parents have read or not yet read the activity.
