How to Generate a Rating Report (For Teachers)

Learning Genie offers two ways to download a child’s rating report. Here’s how:

Portfolio Module

1. Click on the child’s classroom, and go to “Portfolio”. Or you can select "Portfolio" > "Add Observations" from the sidebar, and then select a classroom to proceed.

2. Click on PDF and select PDF by domain. This report includes the child’s ratings of each measure and separates all observations by individual domain.

3. You can generate and download a child’s rating report in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese.

Data Hub > Dashboard Assessment

1. Go to “Data Hub” and select the “Assessment Progress” option.

2. Click on "Generate rating reports".

3. To generate and download a children's rating report, simply choose the desired assessment period and click on the "Generate rating reports" button. This action will enable you to generate and download the children's rating report by class.
