How to Generate a Rating Excel File in Learning Genie

Need to export DRDP ratings into an Excel file? Learning Genie makes it easy to download a file in the correct DRDP Online format—just follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the Assessment Progress Dashboard

• Log in and navigate to the Data Hub, and then Assessment Progress.
  
  
• Click on Generate Rating Excel File.

Step 2: Select Your Filters

• Choose the appropriate:
  
  
  • Alias
    
    
  • Framework
    
    
  • Center
    
    
  • Class

Step 3: Check for Missing Information.

• Click on Pre-download Check to review any missing attributes or incomplete data before exporting.
  This step ensures a clean and complete file for DRDP Online.

Step 4: Download the Excel File

• Make sure to check the box that says Only Completed Children’s Records.
  
  
• Then, select Download DRDP Online Format.
