How to fix upload error: DRDP rating view was set to N/A

When syncing DRDP Online data with Learning Genie, you may encounter an upload error if the DRDP rating views do not match or are set to N/A. Here's how to resolve this issue:


DRDP Online

  1. Ensure you have Lead Agency Admin account access
  2. Navigate to "Setup Menu" > "Rating View Setup"
  3. Update necessary settings to match your Learning Genie views/frameworks
  4. Click Save and Lock to confirm

Important: After saving and locking, the button will be disabled. You cannot modify these settings for the remainder of the school year. If you make a mistake, you'll need to contact DRDP Online support for assistance.

 

Note: To check the view/framework you're using in Learning Genie: Go to Admin Settings > Manage Sites. 

 

 

 

 

Learning Genie

  1. Go to "Assessment Setting" > "DRDP Settings" in admin settings
  2. Find and select the "Sync with DRDP Online via API" option
  3. Click "Update DRDP Views Info" to update the connection settings
  4. Verify that the views in DRDP Online match your settings
  5. Click Complete to save changes
