How to fix upload error: DRDP rating view was set to N/A
When syncing DRDP Online data with Learning Genie, you may encounter an upload error if the DRDP rating views do not match or are set to N/A. Here's how to resolve this issue:
DRDP Online
- Ensure you have Lead Agency Admin account access
- Navigate to "Setup Menu" > "Rating View Setup"
- Update necessary settings to match your Learning Genie views/frameworks
- Click Save and Lock to confirm
Important: After saving and locking, the button will be disabled. You cannot modify these settings for the remainder of the school year. If you make a mistake, you'll need to contact DRDP Online support for assistance.
Note: To check the view/framework you're using in Learning Genie: Go to Admin Settings > Manage Sites.
Learning Genie
- Go to "Assessment Setting" > "DRDP Settings" in admin settings
- Find and select the "Sync with DRDP Online via API" option
- Click "Update DRDP Views Info" to update the connection settings
- Verify that the views in DRDP Online match your settings
- Click Complete to save changes
