Parents will be notified with a pop-up when they log onto app every time they receive a survey. The pop up will ask you to fill out the survey. You can fill out the survey right away upon receiving the notification, or you can choose to fill out the survey later by tapping the 'Fill Out Survey' button on the home page.
Note: You responses can not be modified after submission, so please review your answers before submitting.
