How to Download the Parent Onboarding Status and Parent Onboarding Report

Learning Genie provides two downloadable reports that help staff track the progress of parent account onboarding:

• Parent Onboarding Status Report:
  This report is an Excel file containing detailed information about each family’s account onboarding status. It shows whether parents are:

  • Invitation to Send (no invitation sent)

  • Pending Parents Logging (invitation sent but not yet opened or accessed)

  • Onboarded (successfully invited and logged in)

  The file also includes:

  • Parent’s name and email address (if available)

  • Associated child’s information

  • Assigned parent role (if onboarded)

• Parent Onboarding Report:
  This report is also an Excel file, but it provides an overview count of onboarding status. It includes:

  • Total number of children per site/class

  • Number of onboarded parents

  • Onboarding rate

  This is the same summary report staff receive via email, but available for download directly from the dashboard.

How to Download the Parent Onboarding Status and Parent Onboarding Report

1. Go to Data Hub > Family Engagement

2. Click on the Parent Onboarding button.

Note: Both reports will reflect data based on the selected sites/classes in the dashboard filter at the time of download.

3. Choose the report you want to download.

✅ With these reports, staff can track onboarding progress at both the individual family level and the overall site/class level, ensuring that all families are successfully connected.
