How to Download Portfolio Reports
Child’s Archives (including the Domain Score Report and Portfolio Report) are generated automatically by the system under the following conditions:
- When a child is transferred to a new class (e.g., from IT to PS)
- Two weeks after the end of the child’s rating period
- Two weeks after a modification is made to the child’s rating period
- After the child’s assessment is successfully locked
📝 Note: Archives for some school years have already been generated. Future archives will be created automatically after they are released.

Quick Search
It is a tool that allows users, typically teachers or administrators, to quickly locate documentation or evidence (like observations, photos, videos, or notes) related to a specific child, classroom, or domain.
1- First, select the name of the child and then click on Quick Search
2- Select the filter you need to use:
- Date range: Rating periods or Date picker (to see entries within a certain period)
- DRDP Domain Filter: This filter will allow you to locate any observation where the domain you are looking for has been tagged
This filter helps you find observations that are tagged with a specific DRDP domain.
To Filter by a Specific Domain:
- Click on Domain Filter.
- Select the domain you want to search for and click on Save
View Results: The system will now show all observations that include the selected domain.
PDF Report Download Options:
For Individual Children:
- By Domain: Shows all observations for one child, organized by domain.
- By Dates: Shows all observations for one child, organized by the date they were added.
For the Whole Class:
- By Domain (Whole Class): Downloads a ZIP file with individual PDF reports for each child, organized by domain.
- By Dates (Whole Class): Downloads a ZIP file with individual PDF reports for each child, organized by date.
Once selected, a pop-up message will appear so you can select the language you would like to have this report generated, and then click on Generate
Then you have to reconfirm the selection made
Once confirmed, you will be able to download the report by clicking on Download
Tip:
Quick Search can save a lot of time, especially when verifying if certain observations were already uploaded or when trying to locate evidence for a specific DRDP measure.
