How to download past portfolio reports

Child’s archives will be generated automatically in the following circumstances: 

• After the child was transferred to a new class (From IT to PS)
• 2 weeks after the end of the child’s rating period
• 2 weeks after the modification of the child’s rating period
• After the successful locking of the child. 

• Note: Child’s archives of some school years have been generated. Child’s archives will be generated automatically after release. 

Admin Feature on 'Manage Children' Page

• Hover over a child on the "Manage Children" page and click the "Archives" folder. You can click "Download" to open the child's archives (Domain Score Report, which is the same as the Child Progress Report, and Portfolio Report).
