How to Delete an In-Kind Activity Approved by Mistake

If you have a couple of In-kind activities approved that shouldn’t be and want to remove them.

Here is how:

On the Web Portal

1. Go to "In-Kind" > "In-Kind Approval".

2. Select "Approved Activities".
  • Find the activity that was approved in error.
  • Click the trash can and you can choose what you want to do with the activity: "Ignore" it or click "Revise“ to send it back to the parent to be corrected.

Note: you may need to scroll to the right to see the trash can icon.

 

On iPads

  1. Click on a classroom and select the “In-Kind” option on the left-hand side. 

  2. Select "Approved Activities".
  • Find the activity that was approved in error.
  • Click the trash can and you can choose what you want to do with the activity: "Ignore" it or click "Revise“ to send it back to the parent to be corrected.

 

 

On iPhones and Android Devices

1. Tap on the "In-Kind" option located in the bottom menu.


2. Click the "In-Kind Review" button, and find the activity that was approved in error.

3. Click the trash can and you can choose what you want to do with the activity: "Ignore" it or click "Reject“ to send it back to the parent to be corrected.
