How to Complete the Sign-In/Out for a Child

Ensuring accurate attendance and health records is essential for maintaining a safe learning environment. In Learning Genie, teachers can review and confirm student sign-ins based on parents’ QR code submissions, ensuring all health checks are completed before entry.

This guide will walk you through the process on both the web portal and iPad Educator app, so you can quickly and efficiently manage daily sign-ins.

Web Portal

3. Select "Teacher Review" and select "Yes" or "No" for temperature and the rest should be auto-filled based on the parent's response.

 

4. Select Sign-In.

iPad

 

1. Log in to Learning Genie using the iPad Educator app, and go to Attendance/Health Card.   

Then, select "Sign in/out Review." 

 

 

2. Select a child in pending review (Parent would have needed to scan sign in/out QR code for them to show up in pending review).

 

 

3. Fill out the "Teacher Review" form for the child by marking "Yes" or "No" for temperature and the rest should be automatically filled in based on parent's response.

 

4. Confirm by clicking Sign-In.
