How to Complete the Additional Information/Attributes Section for a Child

Filling out a child’s Additional Information is an important step in completing their assessment. These fields are required to lock a child’s DRDP rating. Make sure all fields marked with a red asterisk (✱) are completed.

Follow these steps to add or edit a child’s attributes:

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to the Learning Genie Web Portal
    web.learning-genie.com

  2. Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen and select Admin Settings from the dropdown menu.



    Alternatively, you can click the gear icon to go directly to the settings page.
  3. On the left-hand side, click Manage Children.



4. Find the child you want to update, then hover over their name and click the pencil icon.



5. In the pop-up window, click the Additional Information tab.



 6. Complete or update the necessary fields.

Important: Fill out all required fields marked with a red asterisk (✱) to be able to lock assessments later.


7. When you’re done, click "Submit" to save your changes.

 

Why It Matters?
These attributes help ensure accuracy in DRDP reporting and are used in filters, benchmarks, and reports across the platform.
