How to change account name (App)

You can easily update their account name in the Learning Genie Parent App by following these steps:

1. Open the Parent App.

2. Tap the three lines (hamburger menu) in the top-left corner to open more options.

   

3. At the top of the menu, you’ll see your account name. Tap on it.

   

4. This will take you to your Profile page, where you’ll see your name with a pencil (edit) icon beside it.

   

5. Tap the pencil icon to edit your name.

   

6. Enter your updated name and click on the check button on the upper right corner of the page to save the changes.
