How to Batch Download the Parent Progress Report

You now have multiple options to download Parent Progress Reports in different formats:

• Domain & View Report
   
• Domain Report Only
   
• Measure Report Only

 Download for an Individual Child

1. Go to the Parent Progress Report page.
    
2. Click the “PDF” button in the upper-right corner.
    
3. Choose the type of report you want:
    
   • Domain & View
      
   • Domain only
      
   • Measure only
      
4. Select “Download Individual Child's Parent Progress Report.”
    

📄 This downloads the report for the currently selected child.

 Batch Download Options

1. By Child View

• Click the “PDF” button and choose your report type.
   
• Select “Batch Download Individual Child's Parent Progress Report – By Child View.”
   
• A ZIP file will be generated with a separate PDF for each child in the selected class.

2. By Class View

• Click the “PDF” button and choose your report type.
   
• Select “Batch Download Child's Parent Progress Report – By Class View.”
   
• A single PDF file will be generated that includes reports for all children in the selected class.

3. By Site View

• Click the “PDF” button and choose your report type.
   
• Select “Batch Download Child's Parent Progress Report – By Site View.”
   
• A ZIP file will be created with one PDF per class, including reports for all children in each class.
