How to Batch Download Child Progress Report

You can download individual or multiple Child Progress Reports directly from the system. Here's how:

 Download an Individual Child Report

1. Go to the Child Progress Report.
    
2. Click the “PDF” button in the upper-right corner.
    
3. Select “Download Individual Child Report.”
    

This will download the report for the currently selected child.

 Batch Download Options

1. Batch Download – By Child View

• Click the “PDF” button on the Child Progress Report page.
   
• Select “Batch Download Individual Child Report – By Child View.”
   

 A ZIP file will be generated with a separate PDF for each child in the selected class.

2. Batch Download – By Class View

• Click the “PDF” button on the Child Progress Report page.
   
• Select “Batch Download Child Report – By Class View.”
   

The system creates a single PDF report containing data for all children in the selected class.

3. Batch Download – By Site View

• Click the “PDF” button on the Child Progress Report page.
   
• Select “Batch Download Child Report – By Site View.”
   

 A ZIP file will be created. It includes one PDF per class, with data for all children in each class.
