How to Backdate an Observation Note

If you have added an Observation/Portfolio Note and it is "outside of the active rating period ":

To backdate the note and ensure that the date falls within the rating period, please follow these steps:

1. Verify the Current Rating Period Dates at the top of the child's Portfolio.

2. Go to your Observation Note and click on the "Edit" button.

3. Please click on the field where it says "Date" and then select the calendar icon.

4. Select a Date that fits inside the Active/Current Rating Period.

Note: in this example, the Current Rating Period is 12/16/2022 - 05/29/2022, so it would be best to select a date within them.

Now your Observation Note will be Backdated and the "" icon will be removed.
