How to add a questionnaire to Learning Media

Enhance at-home learning by adding questionnaires to videos in your custom Learning Media channels. 

Steps by Step

• Go to Admin Settings > Learning Media.
  
  

• Open one of your custom channels.
  
  

• Hover over the video and click Add Questionnaire.
  

• Add a description, then click +Add to create your questions.
  You can include:
  
  

• Multiple Choice
  
  

• Checkboxes
  
  

• Short Answer
  

• Click Save to attach the questionnaire to the video.
  
  

• To view, edit, or delete the questionnaire, hover over the video and click the View Questionnaire icon.
  

• To review responses, click Download Questionnaire Statistics for a detailed report.
