How to access pick-up management

Easily manage approved pick-up persons for each child using the Learning Genie Educator App or Web Portal.

⚠️ Note: Only add pick-up persons who do not have Learning Genie accounts.

1. Log in to Learning Genie Educator App 

2. Select the "Roster" tab on the left

3. Select a class

4. Select a child

5. Select "Pick-up Management"

6. Select "Add" to add Pick-up Person information

Please note: Only add those without access to Learning Genie

 

Web Portal

1. On your homepage, click on the word "Child" under your classroom/s.

2. Hover over a student and click on the pencil icon to edit the student's information.

3.  Click on the "Pick-up Management" button.

4. Click "Add" to add Pick-up Person information
