How to Access and Complete the Action Plan

The Action Plan is part of the Parent Progress Report and is a key tool for preparing for parent-teacher conferences. It is a summary report of each child’s strengths and growth areas, based on DRDP results.

Step by step

Log in at web.learning-genie.com
Go to:
Data Hub > DRDP Report > Parent Progress Report
Click on the “Action Plan” tab

How to Fill Out the Action Plan

On the Action Plan tab, complete the following:

1. Select the child with an incomplete Action Plan.

2. Choose Strength Measures and Growth Measures

Manual Mode > Once selected, click on Save.

Auto-Mode > Once selected, click on Save.

3. To complete the Action Plan, fill in the following information:

How teachers can support the child’s learning in the program.
How parents can support learning at home.

4. Once completed, scroll to the bottom of the plan and click on “Signature.” , under Person conducting the conference:

Using your mouse, draw your signature inside the Signature box

Acknowledge the affirmation of the signature applied to the reports.
Click on submit

5- Select the conference date by clicking the calendar icon under the signature section.

6- Once the conference date has been selected, click Save to confirm your entry.

Download the Report

Once the Action Plan is complete, click the PDF button in the upper-right corner to download the full Parent Progress Report.
