How long are engagement items stored for?

Data Storage and Access:
All your data is stored securely. While the frontend interface provides access to data from the past 2 years, rest assured that older data is also stored safely and can be retrieved upon request. If you need access to data older than 2 years, simply let us know, and we'll retrieve it for you within 12 hours.
