How do I transfer a child?
If you needing to manually transfer a child from one classroom to another, you will be able to do so on your "Manage Children" page located within "Admin Setting". Here's how to accomplish this task:
1. Log in to the Learning Genie web portal. (web.learning-genie.com)
2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then click "Admin Setting".
3. Click "Manage Children" on the left-hand side and locate the child you wish to transfer.
4. Hover over the child's name and click on the pencil icon to open their information.
5. Scroll down the page and select the center and classroom you wish to transfer them to, then click "Save".
6. You will be prompted with another pop-up to confirm the transfer. If everything is correct, click "Confirm".
Note: If you're transferring a child from DRDP IT to DRDP PS, you may be prompted to choose the new appropriate rating period date range and entry date. Please refer to this step-by-step guide.
