How do I merge two duplicate student profiles?

If you have duplicated children's profiles in your Learning Genie account, you can easily merge them together. It's essential to check and merge into the most accurate and up-to-date profile.

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Log in to the Learning Genie web portal. (web.learning-genie.com)

2. Click on the "Admin Settings" option located in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. On the left-hand side, select "Manage Children".

4. Locate the two children's profiles you will need to merge. To make things easier, use the search bar to isolate their names.

5. Click the box next to the first names, then click "Merge Children" at the top of the page.

6. Verify that you are merging the least accurate/up-to-date profile to the most accurate and up-to-date profile, then confirm!
