How do I link third-party accounts to Learning Genie (iPads)

It's easy to link a third-party account to Learning Genie. Here's how:

Please note that you can link your Apple ID to Learning Genie on iOS 13 or higher supported devices.

New users can register a Learning Genie account with third-party accounts

• Register an agency owner account with your third-party accounts

Tap your Learning Genie Educator App, and select the "Agency Account" option. 

Then, select the third-party account (Apple & Google) that you would like to link to and confirm.

Enter your Agency/Site name and click the “Confirm” button. Your agency account will be successfully created.

Note: if you already have a Learning Genie account, please click the “Sign in” button at the bottom to proceed.

• Register an agency owner account with your emails

To register an agency owner account with an email, please enter your email and click the “Next” button.

Enter the required information (e.g. agency/site name, your name, password, etc.), and click the “Confirm” button.

• Proceed with Teacher Account

If you are a teacher, please contact your administrator, and they will create your account and provide your credentials. If you are a parent, please proceed with the Learning Genie Parent App.

Registered users can easily sign in Learning Genie with third-party accounts

• Scenario 1. Your third-party account is the same with your LG account

You can sign in Learning Genie with your third-party account immediately after authentication.

• Scenario 2. Your third-party account is different from your LG account

Please proceed with your Learning Genie account. Otherwise, a duplicate account may appear.

If you still want to proceed with your third-party accounts, you will be redirected to the agency account registration process.

Please note that Learning Genie will conduct an email verification process in case you accidentally signed up for the wrong account type.

Manage third-party apps with access to your account

Click on your avatar to go to your profile, and select the “Third-party Accounts” option, you can link or unlink your third-party account.

Note: you may need to create a password before disabling social logins.
