How do I change my password?

Web Portal

1. Log in to the Learning Genie web portal.

2. Click your name in the top-right corner, then click "My Profile".

3. In the "Change Your Password" section, input your current password.

4. Type in your new desired password, and enter it again to confirm.

5. Click "Save" to save your changes.

Educator App

1. From your homepage, tap your profile avatar in the upper-left corner of the screen.

2. Tap your name to open your account settings.

3. Select "Reset Password".

4. Enter your current password, followed by your new password. You will need to enter the new password twice to confirm.

5. Tap Save to apply your changes.
