Having Trouble with the Learning Genie App?

We’re here to help! If you're experiencing issues with the app, please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem:

Basic Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check for Updates
    Make sure you're using the latest version of the Learning Genie app.

    • Go to the Google Play Store (for Android) or the App Store (for iOS).

    • Search for Learning Genie and tap Update if it's available.

  2. Sign Out and Sign Back In

    • Sometimes, simply signing out and back into your account can help refresh the app.

  3. Reinstall the App

    • Uninstall the Learning Genie app from your device.

    • Then, reinstall it from the Play Store or App Store.

    • Important for Educators: Before uninstalling, please make sure all drafts are published to avoid losing any unsaved work.
