[For Teachers] How to create a Survey

Here's how to create a survey:

 

1. Head over to the left side of your screen and click on the tab labeled Survey.

 

2. Click on "+Create a Survey".

 

3. Click on "+Create a Survey" again.

 

4. Add the title, and description, and click on “+Add” to add questions.

You are able to add the following types of questions:

  1. Multiple choice
  2. Checkboxes
  3. Short answer
  4. Multiple choice grid
  5. Checkboxes grid

 

4. A. Click 'Save as Draft' button to save the survey as a draft. You can view this draft on the 'Family Engagement' →  'Survey' main page.

Note: You can edit, delete and preview drafts, but you can not send parents reminders or view the statistics.

 

4. B. Click 'Next' if you want to send the survey.
