[For Admins] How to send a Survey

Here's how to send a survey:

 

1. Head over to the left side of your screen and click on the tab labeled Survey.

 

2. Select a survey (for Family or Staff) from our templates or a past survey, you can also manually create a survey of your own.

 

3. Select the recipients: it could be one class, multiple classes, or all classes in a site/center. Selected families or staff will receive this survey. 

Note: you can send the survey to individual families.

 

4.1 Confirm whether you want to send an anonymous or non-anonymous survey.

4.2 Select survey cover

4.3 Setup survey end date

4.4 Finalize then confirm and send.
