How to Generate a Child’s Rating Report

Need to download DRDP rating reports for a child or an entire class? Learning Genie gives you two easy ways to do it—via the Portfolio module or through the Assessment Dashboard.

 

• Option 1: Generate from the Portfolio Module

1. Go to the child’s classroom and click on the Portfolio tab.
   
   
   
2. Click the PDF button to generate a report.
   
   

You’ll have two PDF format options:

• PDF by Domain:
  
  
  • A report showing the child’s DRDP ratings for each measure within the selected rating period.
  • Includes all observation notes from that period, grouped by domain.
  • Available in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese.
    
    
•  PDF by Date:
  
  
  • A report of all observation notes recorded for the child, sorted in reverse chronological order (most recent to oldest), based on the currently selected date range or rating period.

 

• Option 2: Generate from the Assessment Progress Dashboard

1. Go to Data Hub > Assessment Progress.
   
   
2. Click the Generate Rating Reports button (top-right corner).

3 Select the appropriate Assessment Period and Site, then click Generate.

This will allow you to download rating reports for all children in the selected class or site.
