[For Admins] How to filter out data by program

Learning Genie has added an ability to filter your data by PROGRAM in the following dashboard/reports:

• Data Hub
  • Assessment Progress
  • Family Engagement
  • Assessment Report
• In-Kind Summary Report
• Survey (responses)

To use the filter, you need to add your programs first.

• To add your programs, go to any of the following modules, and click the “Add New” button.
  • • Data Hub > Assessment Progress

• • • Data Hub > Family Engagement 
    • Data Hub > Assessment Report > DRDP Report

      Available for all reports in DRDP Report. 

       
    • In-Kind > Summary Report  
    • Survey > Family Survey

• Add the program name and set up sites/classes for the program, then click the “Save” button.

• After adding a program, you can filter programs in the dashboard/reports (mentioned above). 

• You can add more programs by clicking on "+ Add New" from the dropdown.

• All programs added should be available to choose from as a filter for your data. You can also edit existing programs by hovering over them and clicking on the pencil icon.
