Here's how to contact Learning Genie support through the App:

Log into the Learning Genie Educator App, and tap your avatar to go to your profile.

Then, go to “Help and Knowledge-base”, and click on “Contact Support Genie” to email us for help.

Just so you know, you may also refer to the knowledge-base articles and FAQs for instructions.
